Nanny turns "81"
I have always called my Grandma "Nanny" and now my children, her great grandchildren do as well. She turned 81 years old this week and in my family we always go out to dinner on your birthday whatever day of the week it is. We ended up at Chili's and I got her to drink a bloody Mary...hehehehehe. Needless to say my Mom had to drive her home :) I hope I am half as wonderful as she is when I am 81!

The McCausland's
They look so much alike don't they? I know everyday when I look into their eyes that I am so very blessed...
Miss Shadow "the cat" we rescued from the Animal Shelter last year for Grayce's Birthday. She was so small I can't believe how big and beautiful she is now. We inherited Wooley (our dog) literally from my dad. He was only 7 months old when my dad passed away and now a happy member of our family for about 4 years now.

Just a wonderful couple who steamed up the elevator today (before we got kicked out) and rocked out the fountain. Thanks so much for trashing your dress with us today!

September 11th.....we will not forget!
My husband and I were home with my sick little girl on Sept 11th 2001. She was only 11 months old and was very sick for the first two years of her life. At that time I was an Apartment Manager living on the property and starting my photography business when I got a call from my Assistant telling me to turn on the TV. For the next two hours Clay and I just sat on the floor in our apartment with our sick little girl in our lap in amazement. Unlike so many others we were blessed that all our family members live close to us in Florida and we did not know anyone in New York. Today when I woke and realized it was September 11th it brought back the same feelings from that day which is how blessed I am in my life to have such great family and friends and now TWO wonderful healthy children! I wish you all a wonderful day and I am sending prayers and positive thoughts to anyone who was affected by this day 7 years ago.

So excited!
I am so excited to share with all of you that I just got accepted to be a part of The Littlest Heroes Project. It is a non-profit organization where photographers donate their time to provide free photo sessions to families with children that have serious illnesses. Personally I have been afforded a great deal of good fortune in life with happy healthy children and I think this is the perfect chance to give something back....
Check out their website at http://www.littlestheroesproject.org/ if you would like to find out more!
